Bradley Rein, who allegedly crashed his SUV into an Apple Retailer in Massachusetts in November 2021, was indicted Tuesday. He faces second-degree homicide, assault and different expenses, a brand new report stated.
The crash in Hingham, Massachusetts, killed one individual and injured 22 others.

The violent crash occurred on the Apple Derby Road retailer location. Rein advised police his foot grew to become caught on the accelerator pedal, inflicting the incident, the district legal professional stated on the time.
Now the DA has charged Rein with one rely of second-degree homicide and one rely of motorized vehicle murder by reckless operation, Boston.com reported.
And a grand jury voted to “indict Rein on reckless operation of a motorized vehicle, 18 counts of aggravated assault and battery with a harmful weapon, and 4 counts of assault and battery with a harmful weapon.”
Beforehand, Rein pleaded not responsible to a cost of reckless murder by motorized vehicle.
