macos – Apple Automator: Each time I paste an motion, I get a popup: “Applescript Error;

MacOS Ventura 13.3.1

I am new to Automator & AppleScript. I am attempting to jot down a Workflow/Service that scans a Microsoft Phrase doc to exchange dozens of phrases w/ abbreviations. As such, my Automator Workflow simply consists of the pre-loaded motion “Discover and Exchange Textual content in Phrase Paperwork,” repeated dozens of instances. The pre-loaded motion comes w/ the Microsoft Phrase icon, so it isn’t a generic textual content motion.

That is the error popup I get:

enter image description here

So after I drag & drop the first “Discover and Exchange Textual content,” I simply copy it & paste it repeatedly. However every paste prompts an error to popup: “Applescript Error; <<Cannot Make Class.”

However after I dismiss the popup by clicking OK, the pasted motion nonetheless runs usually w/ a inexperienced checkmark. Nonetheless, after pasting the identical motion 100 instances & dismissing that error popup 100 instances, Automator inevitably freezes & turns into “Not Responding,” so I by no means full & save a completed Workflow/Service.

My workflow’s 1st motion is “Convey Phrase Paperwork to Entrance”; then it is simply copies & pastes of “Discover and Exchange….” Am I getting the error bc my Workflow is lacking a number of opening actions like “set” or “get”?

& How do I keep away from Automator freezing & changing into unresponsive? Or is that simply an inevitable danger of working the identical motion 100+ instances?
