ios – Button pressed in admin app to get mirrored in consumer app of which two are linked to identical firestore

I’ve two Apps

One is consumer App

One other is Admin App

This consumer app has a timer working in it

When i click on a button on admin app the timer ought to cease in consumer app

There’s a firestore discipline which is ready is true whereas the timer is working

When i click on the button in admin app to cease timer acutally this firestore filed is ready to false and when this discipline is ready to false i want my consumer app to cease its timer that’s working immediately

Are you able to give me a clue on the best way to implement this structure
