I’ve received a fancy folder tree that incorporates over a dozen cases of the identical file. I need to see and examine the place all of them are, to see if there are any in sudden places, sudden file sizes by location, and so forth.
I assumed this might be straightforward to do through the use of Finder’s search by filename, however there does not appear to be any approach to embody the file path within the search outcomes:
I’ve received “Present path bar” enabled in View choices, so I can see a type of icon-heavy model of the trail on the very backside of the window if I choose every one in flip:
…and I can even use the terminal to record path like discover . -name libc++_shared.so
:
…however what I actually need is a approach to view all of the paths in an inventory, in Finder. Is it doable?
Finder has plenty of extra “superior” view choices hidden away in system menus or behind keyboard shortcuts, I am hoping there’s one like this.
That is on Ventura 13.3.1 (a) (22E772610a).
