A handful of Apple’s monetary companies are experiencing an outage this morning, in accordance with the corporate’s System Standing webpage. Apple says that companies together with Apple Pay, Apple Card, and Apple Money are all going through downtime this morning.
In response to Apple, solely “some customers are affected” by these outages, so it’s not a widespread outage affecting everybody. Nonetheless, outages impacting monetary companies may be extra irritating to customers than different forms of outages.
Nonetheless, Apple says that “purchases” made with Apple Card, Apple Money, and Apple Pay are unaffected by these outages.
- Apple Money: Some customers might not be capable of use all Apple Money options. Purchases made with Apple Money will proceed to be unaffected.
- Apple Card: Some customers might not be capable of use all Apple Card options. Purchases made with Apple Card will proceed to be unaffected.
- Apple Pay and Pockets: Customers are experiencing an issue with this service. We’re investigating this difficulty.
