ios – UIPageViewController [PARENT] and horizontally scroller Web page [CHILD] how one can enable vertical scrolling on situation

To start with i wish to know if that is attainable ?
If sure can somebody please information me?

The horizontal web page view has two varieties of knowledge

1. URL 2: Empty

I need the PARENT which is the vertical scrolling vc to cease if the horizontal one is displaying Empty
and will solely scroll if the view controller proven on display has kind URL

1. I’ve tried writing callbacks when the horizontal one scrolls to the clean one
2. I’ve tried creating other ways to inform mum or dad that clean view is proven.

however when i attempt to execute it at all times fails, I get one [URL, blank] mixture and it is merely caught there.

Please any assist or steering is appreciated.
