That is on my Spouse’s Intel MBA with Ventura 13.2.1. She had an issue importing an ics file from a web-based supply that works wonderful on my MBP.
Upon nearer investigation her Calendar (iCloud) was fully empty of occasions and if I attempted so as to add the occasion from the ics file I bought an odd error message:
Investigating additional plainly if I attempt to add an occasion to the calendar, nothing occurs, actually. Deciding on File > New Occasion or clicking on the “+” button there isn’t a response from calendar.app.
Then I discover (duh) that there are not any calendars listed within the sidebar, So I attempt File > New Calendar and get this:

Having verified that calendars are turned on in System Settings > iCloud and that her calendar app is working simply wonderful on her iPhone, none of her calendars present up within the sidebar (and I nonetheless cannot add an occasion). Which makes some sort of sense as there are not any precise calendars to show moreover the default calendar that’s displayed when there are not any calendars.
There was one lone calendar.app desire file within the ~/Library/Preferences folder which I deleted with no detectible change in conduct and I didn’t discover some other desire/settings recordsdata anyplace else in ~/Library or /Library.
